solar neutrino Experiment






















For extractions from January 1990 through December 2001, the measured
product of the solar neutrino flux and the neutrino capture cross is

70.8 (+5.3, -5.2) (+3.7, -3.2) SNU

where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic.
This should be compared with the prediction of 128 +9,-7 SNU of the
Standard Solar Model, ( BP2000 )
of which 70 SNU are from the neutrinos from proton-proton fusion.
